The 2020 vintage ended with 112.7 million kilos of grapes harvested. New features emerged, such as the first year of production of the ?Gran Vino de Rueda?, a new category from vineyards of more than 30 years old. On August 28th, the harvesting of Verdejo began. The campaign developed with calm, grapes entered the cellar in optimal conditions and were picked by the maturity indices seeking balance between grade and acidity. In this year of pandemic, security measures have been applied to minimize the risks of contagion. The quality is excellent, wines of great aromatic intensity and with good structure on the palate. A balance between acidity and alcoholic degree promises wines with a greater longevity.
