Precision viticulture
Precision viticulture
A pioneering project to reduce the impact of climate change through a series of actions that affect the alterations in the genetic expression of the vine due to climate change.
An exhaustive study in which we have developed maps that classify cultivated soils by type, origin and depth. This allows wineries to determine the most suitable varieties and rhizomes for their plots, as well as the nutritional needs of their vineyards.

Control of histamine levels
Control of histamine levels
An innovative R&D project consisting of the study of biological amine levels in wine to predict its quality. This group of components, which includes histamines, develops naturally during the vinification process and is responsible for some negative effects on consumers, such as headaches or drowsiness.
