Hot weather year, as usual, but with a big difference from the previous two years. This year it rained when it had to rain, not in the desirable volume of precipitation but at the decisive moments to relieve the stress of the vines. The harvest started according to the maturity indexes of each plot, always looking for that difficult balance between acidity and PH, phenolic and sugar maturity. Its development has been marked at all times by the excellent sanitary state of the grapes and the night-day thermal exchange. This allowed for an optimal maturation of the fruit, arriving as not achieved for years at maturation levels of 13.5% vol. This added to the quality, complexity and structure of the wines.
