The year began with a cold winter and enough rainfall to feed the reserves, followed by a mild spring, and dry weather during the months of May and June. Summer was irregular, stormy, with differences in temperatures ranging from 5ºC at night to 27ºC during the day. Harvest started with the Merlot at the end of September and finished at the end of October with the Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes showed optimum sanitary conditions. The 2011 wines are balanced, aromatic and concentrated, with excellent acidity, sweet tannins and plenty of fruit.
