Camino del Peregrino wine is expressive, with plenty of primal aromas and structured on the palette. The wine is made from grapes and trained vineyards of an average age of 25 years old. The soils are granite, sandy in nature and the climate is moderate.
100% Albariño. Once the grapes have been selected, they are destemmed and crushed in a pneumatic press where they undergo a quick decantation and small maceration. Fermentation takes place in medium-sized, double-jacket stainless steel deposits at a constant temperature of 18º C.
Colour: A superb straw-coloured Albariño with green tinge.
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit with hints of apple, pineapple, citrus fruit and floral aromas arising after a few minutes.
Palate: It is round and well-balanced with great length and a lingering finish.
Food matches: Ideally paired with seafood, white meats, light pastas, young cheeses and fresh vegetables.
