Denomination of origin
The “Valle del Rosalejo” estate is located in the municipality of Anchuras, where the Eldoze winery is located. It has an area of 500 hectares, of which 335 hectares are forests and valley and the remaining 165 hectares are part of a sedimentary formation from the mountains and composed of quartzite stones, being one of the oldest soils in Europe, more than 2.5 million years old.
Red schists soils
Its origin is born in the uniqueness of the red schists soils, which give the wine complexity, minerality and a magnificent acidity. The estate is located on the southern slope of the Montes de Toledo. A unique enclave with flora and fauna of great ecological value and with intense climatic fluctuations that mark the unique character of the wines.
