Pago de Cirsus
Single Vineyard Estate with Appellation
South facing and top quality grapes
Pago de Cirsus was established to produce 100 percent vineyard or estate wines of the highest quality. The 136 hectares of vineyards facing south with Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, Moscatel de Grano Menudo, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are planted with the most rigorous quality processes.
Standing in their midst is an imposing manor house and a state-of-the-art wine cellar that produces some of Spain's most award-winning wines. The estate, which includes a boutique hotel and gastronomic restaurant
The sloping topography and ocher-colored clay soils on the outskirts of the Navarrese town of Ablitas and in front of Mount El Moncayo, in combination with the continental climate, create the conditions that are considered optimal for growing grapes.

Delicacy and detail in the crop
To further improve quality, the average yield per hectare is intentionally reduced well below the limit of the official appellation to produce concentrated wines with deep colour, delicate fruit and an elegant structure.
