For Javier Ruiz de Galarreta, wine is pleasure and culture. It is for this reason that, in 1993, the businessman from Alava decided to create ties with several wineries in Rioja Alavesa (one of the three regions that make up the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin) with the aim of revealing to the world the most excellent wines of his land. .
