Bodegas Luis Cañas is a traditional family business that dates back to 1928, although it has been cultivating vines and producing wine on a smaller scale for more than a century. Today, it is one of the main wine growers in Rioja Alavesa
The necessary grapes come from more than 270 hectares, between ownership and control, of old high-altitude vineyards. The vines are cared for following an agricultural system implemented by the family that makes the most of natural products to limit the environmental impact
