The subscription list via email will be stored in the email marketing service provider Mailchimp whose privacy policy you can find at the following link, it states how the distribution lists that are stored on the Mailchimp server are not object of transfer, communication or sale to third parties, nor from Mailchimp send communications to said addresses.

Mailchimp is a member of Safe Harbor (Safe Harbour) for which it has been recognized by the European Commission as being appropriate and level of protection, so authorization from the Director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency would not be required. If you subscribe to Jot Down, we will ask you for your full name and the necessary information to be able to know what taxes we must charge you. This may include your full address, your NIF and your IP address. We will not use this data for any other purpose.

Payment data is processed directly by Stripe, a well-known payment platform whose privacy policies you can consult here. We do not store your payment details. It will be Stripe who will also manage the automatic renewal of your subscription.
